Only the timeline. Every pitch — Free or Priority — goes through the same independent auditor pool and the same scoring rubric. Priority Audit moves you up the queue; it doesn't change who reviews you or how strictly.
Yes, any time — you drop back to the standard queue for any pitch that hasn't started audit review yet. Anything already in progress finishes on the timeline you paid for.
No. Browsing, watchlisting, messaging founders, and committing to an SPV are free at every tier. Syndicate Lead is only for investors who want to originate and run their own SPVs at volume.
